I like the people who deliver the propane. They are competent and polite.
The electronic monitoring of the tank makes it something you don’t have to worry about. It gets filled up when it needs it. The automatic billing makes that part something you don’t have to think about it as well.
I don’t know if it’s the best price around, but it is simple enough, and I’ve never had any problem with the service, and or the equipment!

Your prices are excellent, I use to work for Kamps, probably signed between my husband as well 600 customers, maybe more over several years. We worked under Bill Memory, the best boss and manager we have ever worked for. I know that with the change of ownership you have to run the company differently but we still plan on being faithful customers. The service is still stellar and no complaints at all. You guys don’t try to rip me off by leaving my tank open and you don’t tell me that I’m making things up when I complain about propane smells

Lower cost but my propane was at zero after 4 calls in two weeks before it was filled it usually flags your company at 30% this time we basically just got filled as it emptied.

I like the automated system that monitors fuel level. My gauge was reading down below 20%, which concerned us as it has never been that low before. When I called the service center for an update, I was told the following day would be the day of service.

Prompt efficient. Driver had a problem lighting my water heater, but kept trying until it lit. I was concerned because I had no delivery of propane until my tank went dry. I called and propane truck came within two hours. Chilly until he arrived; warm after he left. No complaints from me.
Fast service and very professional and friendly
The service is great. They keep track of when we need propane, and when I've called to ask questions about a bill or service everyone is very helpful and pleasant.
However the cost of propane is a little hard to take.
