I only rent a tank as it’s for a rental property. Tenants pay to fill tank. I have had service done on the fittings before and repairs were done throughly and the process was explained to me before work started. The drivers are always respectful of the property when they fill tank.

Well, I liked that the company was owned locally . . . I like that the tank is monitored so I can't forget to call and order more. I like the automatic payment combined with the averaged payment program, helps me avoid bill surprises! The drivers are friendly and skilled at their jobs. I've always enjoyed speaking with the folks in the office, friendly and helpful. However, I think the price of propane is higher than it needs to be. And I am concerned there is too much concentration in the market!
