Kamp's monitors our propane level and schedules a delivery when the tank its getting low. Whenever I have called the office with a problem, the representative has been courteous, rapidly investigated, explained what happened, and fixed the problem to my satisfaction.
She also asked if there was anything else she could help

Honestly, we weren't always pleased with the customer service we've received over the years with our tank. However, we've been quite impressed since the new takeover and are very happy with the thoroughness of care for our small leak (that we didn't even know we had) recently and how friendly the agents were. Very pleased!!
