When request propane service, it has been prompt and ourteous.
Service was good. Very friendly service tech. I just had a tank installed and plumber to my backup generator. Had weather issues but everything else was fine.
Bill has great customer service skills, he has followed up with phone calls from my first contact with superior propane in looking for propane services. Bill has been attentive and caring in checking on me if I had any questions. Bill delivered my tank and was done quickly. I appreciate Bill and him caring about the customers he is serving.
