Very happy with prompt delivery, as I was down to 10%. The previous administration told me I couldn't call for refill until I was down to 10% but the new administration warned me about waiting until I was down to 10%. So, I guess I will call when I am at 20% now?
As there is a fee for being empty, $125. Dang! It's hard enough to pay propane bill as it is, this caused me some stress, however delivery was prompt and that didn't happen.
However, I did tell the person on the telephone, that I didn't think that new policy was very nice, especially since I have been with Kamps since 2013, 12 years.
But I realized she was only doing her job, just wanted to mention as this felt very unfriendly to me.

What would be helpful is to receive a phone call and/or email letting me know a delivery is going to be made the next day. After a truck got stuck in mud on our driveway, it was decided that deliveries be made from the road where there is easy access to the tank. Having a heads-up call/email that a delivery is coming would allow me to open the gate in the fence near the tank so the driver can access it, and I could also remind Kamp's to deliver the fuel from the road, not the driveway if I know they're delivering and it's a new driver who isn't aware of the road access to the tank.
This week, the driver, who had not been here before, had to drag the fill hose several yards from our driveway where he parked the truck. Fortunately, it has not rained nearly as much as it had when a truck had gotten stuck in the mud a couple of years ago and had to be towed out (leaving a giant hole in the driveway that I had to fill up...). I let him know about delivering via the road in case he delivers fuel here again.
Those are the reasons I gave a score of 9 instead of 10.
Deliveries are always made on time. In 22 years of service, I have never run out of fuel. The office has always been helpful answering questions and working with me on scheduling payments.
