The process is seamless. The propane is always there, and I don’t even need to worry about it running out.
I had asked for a call ot text when the driver was close so I could confine all of my dogs. Did not happen. I was able to shut 4 of the dogs in the house.
One got out. Driver did not shut the gate to keep her in. I had to go outside my yard and get soaked in the heavy rain to get my dog back in. Not happy. Driver has been there before and was aware of the fact that I have dogs.
The product, propane, works just fine. The most important to me is the service. During the several years I've used the services, it has been excellent. Also, I'm retired from a nearby Fire Department and we have used them several times when their help was needed.

Kamps does a great job of monitoring both my propane tanks to ensure that I never run out. I'm in a high fire-risk area, which means that SDG&E is cutting power to my neighborhood once or twice a year during high wind events. It's critical for my safety and livelihood that my backup propane generator is always available to go into service during an outage. Kamps makes sure of that. My delivery driver John Martin is awesome, I couldn't possibly ask for better service.

I like the fact that Kamp's monitors the amount of propane we currently have. That way we dont get to low.
They also notify when coming and technician also calls prior to arrival for any additional updates.
