Ease of use - remote monitoring of both tank levels, and automatic scheduling of product delivery as needed - before tank is emptied. Invoice payment is also automatic, so one less bill we have to enter for payment.

The process is seamless. The propane is always there, and I don’t even need to worry about it running out.
I had asked for a call ot text when the driver was close so I could confine all of my dogs. Did not happen. I was able to shut 4 of the dogs in the house.
One got out. Driver did not shut the gate to keep her in. I had to go outside my yard and get soaked in the heavy rain to get my dog back in. Not happy. Driver has been there before and was aware of the fact that I have dogs.
The product, propane, works just fine. The most important to me is the service. During the several years I've used the services, it has been excellent. Also, I'm retired from a nearby Fire Department and we have used them several times when their help was needed.
