I am pleased to say that Kamps Propane personnel is very helpful, friendly and attentive to provide reliable and dependable service. Very good communication between the front office and costumer, they continuously monitor my propane tank for capacity available, when is need to deliver propane they send a text or email notifying me that delivery has been scheduled, the drivers are friendly and respectful of property making deliveries efficient, safe with no problems whatsoever. Five years since I bought my property and Kamps Propane has been very supportive in providing excellent service. Peace of mind, I don't have to worry about propane supply. They are transparent, billing accuracy and fair with their cost of propane.

The delivery is always in time and friendly. I don’t know how comparable the rates are, but I am happy so I don’t check them out, however I see that some of my neighbors have changed companies, so I hope you are staying competitive. They couldn’t have changed because of the service!
We moved into our new home new years weekend 1990. Unfortunately we ran out of propane and it was really cold. This was our first experience with propane. I called around and couldn't find anyone open - finally talked to one place and found out we had to use the company that owned the tank. Before too long I got a call back from Kamps, don't remember the owner's? name. A short time later we had a full tank and a warm house. Have always really appreciated his coming out on a holiday and filling our tank!
We have been customers of Kamps and Superior for 21 years and the only issue we have is will call waiting time! Waiting 10 to 14 days for propane when you are at 30% means having to lower thermostat when temperatures are very cold. Being a 74 year old man with lots of health problems makes it that more difficult to be comfortable in our home. Listening to my wife complain is also very difficult because basically we are held hostage. Prices are competitive, however, a more substantial discount for seniors would be appreciated.
My service is seamless require no action from me. I trust that my tank will never go empty and it's something I don't need to worry about.
