My 500-gallon propane tank was last filled several months ago. I called you recently when the online gauge read 29%, and you said the driver would come fill the tank "within 3 to 5 days." He arrived on the 4th day. I appreciate service businesses making promises, then following through with fulfilling them--it certainly increases my commitment to them. You have provided us with reliable service for a number of years.

Under the old company I received a e-mail each Wednesday as to the level of my propane. Now I do not get that with the new company BUT you still have my e-mail address to send for your use. Please go back to the old program for the safety of your drivers. We need to know when they are coming.

I've been a customer for almost 30 years. My tank is monitored and filled as needed and I've never been without propane in all of these years. The office staff is helpful and friendly and my experience has been great in every way. I heartily recommend Kamps Propane. They won't let you down in any way.
