Ok, Acme propane WAS excellent. Those staff still around from the Acme days are terrific. Used to be one call, first name recognition, gave my phone number and all was well. Now that Superior took over, every single call, regardless of its nature, name, phone number, email, even when making a second call in a given day. It's impersonal and off putting disconnected corporate nonsense.
We have appreciated feeling heard as well as feeling like we are part of the family. We have never been disappointed with the service nor the communication about costs for our propane. We thank ACME for the service.
