Hoyt was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and took the time to explain it to me. He was personable and I could easily relate to him. I liked his easy manner. He also looked at another plumbing issue I had and gave me an approximate cost to do that repair.

Great service from Mr. Guy, the plumber. Recent repair was the third one he did at my house. Mr. McDowell is also very good. Communication with the repair people is very important. Home 360 is very helpful to me.
