Vic VanMeerbeeck is great. I’ve done several loans with him and plan to do all future new/refi transactions with him. He is fast and trustworthy. I had an issue with some unnecessary insurance on a loan last year. The bank didn’t want to budge. Vic went well over and above and actually got them to waive it. I refer family and friends to him any chance I get.
