Came right away when I had a problem with cockroaches. Sprayed entire property
with nonpoisonous spray. The person who did the work was very friendly and
explained what he was doing in detail. I would definitely recommend your company.

The scheduling and tech was fabulous! The only improvement needed is to not send the automatic GPS with expected arrival time as he still had one stop before me, so it was not accurate, and it created a false expectation and caused me to communicate to my employer that I was going to be beginning to work much sooner so it made the company look like the tech was going to either no-show or get to my stop over an hour and a half late! This will not help your ratings so my suggestion is to not send out that AUTO arrival but he should send out the expectation when he’s truly leaving for the stop that he’s next headed for!
