First name removed main reason for my high score is First name removed territory manager Miles. He is wonderful to work with and always responsive when called upon. He is First name removed reason why our community is cared for so well.
My butler is really good with minimum complaints and my account manager Gerald is amazing! He’s attentive, tells me issues before I see them, and always goes above and beyond.

Azim (People/leadership)- is so fast to get back with resolution to all concern. Area to improve- I do feel that Trash butler should provide the on-site team with replacement cans 10 per quarter at no extra fee. Additional reps on -site picking up should be in a clearly marked car for Trash Bulter. I disagree that the on-site team is allowed to use of personal car.

Easy for the property manager. Great communication from our rep Dwayne S and through the portal making it easy to see if there were any issues with pickup and pictures of what that issue was so we are able to communicate with residents.
We never receive any hazards or infractions from the Butler. Gerald is AMAZING! We love him here!! :)

One of the things I appreciate most about Trash Butler, and especially Joey, is his responsiveness- anytime an issue comes up, he isquick to address it and resolve it right away. We are generally satisfied with your service; however, we have received several complaints from residents regarding the trash collection process. Some staff members are using the stairs to transport trash instead of the designated methods, which is creating significant noise. Additionally, some tasks are not being completed to the required standard. Could you please ensure that your team follows the proper procedures to minimize noise and maintain the quality of service?
