Derick Bratton from Trash Butler is by far the best part of my experience. The customer service provided by him is like having one of your good friends who is genuinely trying to help you, and he does. Whenever there is an issue, he is quick to respond and even quicker to get it resolved.
We have partnered with Trash Butler since our community opened two years ago, and the experience has been consistently excellent. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Derick both at my current community and a previous property, and his level of service has always stood out. He is exceptionally attentive, proactive, and consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our team has everything we need while helping maintain a high level of satisfaction among our residents.

Trash Butler is amazing- Derrick is quick to respond to any issues and is always on point. He is communicative and very reliable.
The pick up of the trash at front of all the apartments doors is a great idea and helps to take care of the trash in a professional way
Azim (People/leadership)- is so fast to get back with resolution to all concern. Area to improve- I do feel that Trash butler should provide the on-site team with replacement cans 10 per quarter at no extra fee. Additional reps on -site picking up should be in a clearly marked car for Trash Bulter. I disagree that the on-site team is allowed to use of personal car.
