Our butler is awesome! Not only am I staff but I'm a resident. He's thorough, cheerful and tells me he loves his job. I've worked with other services and have gotten a lot of complaints, but no one at Riverwalk is complaining about our Trash Butler. The only downside is that we have to purchase so many trash cans. Our previous service would trade us for used cans. I purchase them elsewhere at a lower price, but I feel like it's a hidden cost that wasn't considered with our contract.
We enjoy the fast and efficient service from the Butler Team, as well as the quick responses if there is ever an issue!

We are generally satisfied with your service; however, we have received several complaints from residents regarding the trash collection process. Some staff members are using the stairs to transport trash instead of the designated methods, which is creating significant noise. Additionally, some tasks are not being completed to the required standard. Could you please ensure that your team follows the proper procedures to minimize noise and maintain the quality of service?

Leah Bolanos with Trash Butler consistently provides superior customer service. She truly cares about her customers and it shows in everything she does. Our service has been fantastic with minimal issues, and whenever something does come up, Leah takes care of it quickly and thoroughly. She is extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and very good at what she does. It’s rare to find someone who is both this professional and this genuinely invested in making sure everything runs smoothly. Miles has been a pleasure to work with. He is consistently responsive and always ready to help. Alex is equally attentive, responding quickly to any questions or needs. After the initial onboarding, a few minor hiccups were resolved seamlessly through excellent customer service. We’ve been very happy with our switch to Trash Butler and look forward to a long-term partnership!

My butler is really good with minimum complaints and my account manager Gerald is amazing! He’s attentive, tells me issues before I see them, and always goes above and beyond.
Overall, our experience has been amazing with Trash Butler! Laurie and her team are very responsive and check in on us to ensure service is consistent. Thank you guys for making this experience awesome for us and our residents!
