How welcoming and easy everyone is

We can’t say enough about this facility. Everyone was SO friendly and accommodating! We had a change of travel plans due to a storm and we were able to get a last minute reservation. Best of all, when we picked up our dog after a night of boarding he was happy and relaxed.

I use Bow Wow in a few places….i love the consistency of the Franchise System .

We like the personal touch with the workers and our dog was treated well. I liked that I could see him on camera.

We had an excellent experience. We and our dog were a little nervous as first-timers to any sort of day care. They were kind and patient and made our stay and experience easy.

Everyone is so pleasant. You can tell all the employees genuinely love animals. The cleanliness of the facilities is impressive. I absolutely love I can check in via video and see my baby at any time. My baby was so exhausted when we got home. To get a husky tired is like a miracle. ( For people who don't know huskies). Offered a lovely 😊 package after her interview. Anthony was kind enough to explain interview day protocol. Detailed me through what to expect. The process in which they get the dogs to get to know one another is very good. It ensures optimal safety for all dogs. I have told all I know to look to camp bow wow for their furbabies. Thank you to Ethan for informing me of the package after interview day. This is wonderful🤗🥰. Thank you to the wonderful ladies who are in the back with our babies.🥰😇😊

It is a very well run care center. The staff is very friendly and make it a great environment for the fur babies. My dog hasn’t been socialized much and is almost 8. He was brought in and slowly introduced to other dogs. He looks to be opening up more to other dogs and having fun when there.

My favorite thing is that the staff is incredible - these are people that absolutely love dogs. They are welcoming to pets and pet parents, and allow you to be with your little pups even while your away with their live cams. I'm always excited to bring my dogs here, and it's great to see all the activities they offer to be as active with them as possible.

Camp Bow Wow VA Beach was amazing! The staff was so welcoming to us. My dog and I were visiting family and now this location makes vacations even easier.

First time using the boarding and I am highly impressed by the facility. There are viewing cameras that let you view your pet which I think is pretty cool. The boarding space is spacious and has plenty of room for your pet. I purchased a bath and nail trim which was excellent as well. Great place

The whole camp is very clean and friendly and loving. They took very good care of my dog when he went yesterday and he’s coming back on Saturday for a full day. All of the staff was great🩷

I love that I check in on my dog whenever I want! I also appreciate updated pictures provided during the enrichment sessions. They really treat every dog like their own.
