The people that have been trouble shooting the issues resulting from the merger of the Superior Plus online billing system w/ Holden Oil accounts have been dealing with the outsized mess as best as they can. They are trying to remedy situations that arise but seem to have no way to make changes to the system directly.
Holden has always paid attention to service which is excellent.
As the Superior Plus corporate culture takes over and the Holden Oil business model recedes from memory of customers and employees who deliver the services what will become of the merged entity?
