I bought a house and assumed the Amerigas service. The coldest days of the year were coming and the tank was critically low. Called for emergency service but was routed to an India call center. Days later I was on the schedule for fillup. The delivery date came and went. I called back and days went by. The website showed no delivery. After almost a month the driver called me and said maybe tomorrow. I told him how low I was and he said he had a lot of deliveries to make and to reschedule. At this point I was furious and let him know. He came a couple days later and gave me a partial delivery.
Ordered on line and delivered the next day.
From the office staff to the delivery driver, Freeman Gas has excellent customer service.
Very friendly on the phone when calling in to order or report a issue, on service calls, and very quick on delivery.
Sandy was outstanding and helping me to obtain a propane tank for the ground. She has been my number one go to for the past four years. If she was not married, I would ask her to marry me! I just love Sandy.
