Very friendly and competent employees. For monitored tanks, the refill point was relayed to me as between 30 and 40 percent. It should be higher.... perhaps between 40 and 50 percent.
From when you walk in the Blairsville and Beth and the office folks take care of you and everyone that walks in. Then Steven gives you vision of how things will go and then David shows up and makes it all work. Blairsville Freeman GAS / Superior Propane have great products, support and installation service of any in the business. Do not break up this valuable team. It's nice to have a company where you know their names and they know and appreciate you.

Freeman has always been exceptional on delivering our propane and has never let us run out. We are fortunate enough to be part of the program they have with North Georgia Beverage. Service with their office staff is great as well. I trust the new owner will continue with their fine history of customer service.

Our experience with the local Blairsville office has been very satisfactory. Their customer service has been top notch from April & Maria's help with tank purchase, scheduling and understanding our new construction deadlines, to William's friendly and prompt delivery and Stephen & Jerrick's work in connecting our tank & gas range. All have been accommodating, helpful and professional. However, working with them is not like dealing with stiff, corporate employees. They're hometown folks that treat their customers more like friends - a quality that is so appreciated. Really fine group of people! ProFlame should be proud to have each of them as employees.
