We had an issue with a tank that was not working properly. Freeman Gas diagnosed the problem, swapped the tank and filled it with gas faster that I thought would be possible. PLEASE IMPROVE YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AS I WAITED TWICE FOR OVER AN HOUR AND STILL NOT GOT A REP. COULD NEVER GET THE APP TO PUT IN A REFILL REQUEST. I WOULD LIKE MY ACCOUNT TO ALWAYS SEND A REFILL IN WHEN IT HITS 49%. WE LIVE IN THE MOUNTAINS IN THE NATIONAL FOREST SO WE LOOSE POWER ABOUT ONCE A WEEK DUE TO FALLING TREES. WE NEED THE PROPANE TO RUN OUR GENERATOR SO WE HAVE HEAT AND ELECTRICITY. WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE THIS REQUEST. THANK YOU!!!!
