I'll start by saying that the work done by this franchise was done well however, It took over 3 months to get repairs done. This particular franchise has communication problems within. One hand does not wash the other. Also my out of pocket expenses was well over my deductible. They won't get any business from me in the future as I manage quite a few properties.
They were very through and careful with our belonging. I did not feel like they were going through our belongings inappropriately. All the staff were collectively friendly and responsive to me and my family. The kids enjoyed how happy their disposition was when they were with in eye sight and hearing distance. They worked as fast as they could while making sure things were done right!
Response was prompt & cleaning was very thorough after a major water leak.
ServiceMaster was very quick to respond and was very professional. They are extremely knowledgeable and were able to dry things out very efficiently.

The ServiceMaster Team never disappoints. We've unfortunately had several sewer backups this past year and ServiceMaster has arrived when they said they were going to, cleaned and sanitized the area in a thorough and professional manner. I had used Joel Frank and ServiceMaster in my former position, many times. Because I was so pleased with their professionalism, customer service and ability to get the job done, Joel and ServiceMaster was the first call I made when I an issue requiring their expertise.
