Our situation was very unique. It was literally raining in our office due to vandalism of the roof of our building. Your crew was there every day for at least two weeks while we sorted things out with the insurance company and begin replacing the roof. They were incredibly helpful and their expertise helped our office remain fully functional during the whole ordeal.

The time Servicemaster was on the job with in an hour of my phone call and I called around 9:30 pm at night, that was fast

Work independently after initial kick-off. Site clean and tidy when you leave.

Servicemaster provides high quality work, with friendly and well trained employees, and whatever needs my company has are quickly met. We had an emergency last week and it was scheduled immediately and the workers did a great job.

Ease of going through the process with insurance questions, flexibility and accessibility. It's early in the process but I've never had to leave a message or talk to a machine.

I liked the thoroughness of the restoration crew. They were very cooperative and explained each and every step of the process as we went. If they ran into more issues that needed to be resolved, they were very prompt in contacting me and showing me what needed to be done. They did everything necessary to resolve the entire mold problem that we had.
