I had a flood in my building caused by a broken sprinkler head. ServiceMaster responded right away, arriving with a crew and the right equipment for the job. My tenant that caused the incident called their service provider in as well, a competitor, who didn't arrive for hours, and when they did, had no equipment with them. The Gilmore team followed up with me regularly during the restoration process keeping me in the loop. Their technicians scheduled multiple follow on visits with me and always arrived on time. Upon request I was also invoiced right away, which is appreciated when an insurance claim may be needed. Overall my experience was excellent and worry free.

When I called, ServiceMaster was here in a very short amount of time. They came back multiple times to make sure the area had fully dried out. The cleanup of the mess from the destroyed ceiling tiles was great. You cannot even tell that the ceiling boiler system leak happened! Well done!
