The service techs were available and arrived the afternoon of the call. Everything to be done was thoroughly explained before the work was begun. After assessing the situation and setting up equipment the techs explained where they thought the problem was coming from and what we could possibly do to prevent a recurrence.

We are a church in central Topeka. Following spring flooding in 2019, we had mold covering all content and building surfaces in our largest basement which includes many classrooms, some storage rooms and a mechanical room and bathroom. Our relationship with ServiceMaster was all we could ask for. The on-site foreman and his workers were well-trained, affable and helpful. Ray Moore, the project manager, was accessible 24/7 and also helpful. The company considered this to be one of their larger and more complex mold remediation jobs, but when the crew was through it was as clean as they would want their homes to be.should they be the clients.

You ANSWER YOUR PHONE and respond EXPEDITIOUSLY. When someone needs you it is usually an emergency. Your response reflects your understanding that human beings are in distress and need immediate help. No one I've ever seen does that better than YOU!
We had an issue in our office with some water from upstairs. Service Masters were right on top of the problem and had the fans and the dehumidifier in our office fight away. They have stopped by everyday to check on the drying out process. I highly recommend Service Master of Seattle when the unexpected happens.

We very much appreciated the professionalism of Nick Mann and the employees of ServiceMaster. Unfortunately we were impacted by smoke damage when a neighboring building was completely destroyed by fire. The smoke damage we incurred resulted in a not so straightforward insurance claim. Nick and his team were patient and empathetic, they made it as easy as possible on us. Nick followed up and followed through on all commitments.
