The people that came out to the house were great and very friendly. They were professional, and explained what they were doing step-by-step. The office people were equally as helpful. There’s a lot of work that needed to be done around town because of the freeze, but I felt that I was a priority all along.

All the staff who worked on the demo in my kitchen were on time, professional, patient,and caring. They answered my questions. Their work was impeccable and they left the work area well cleaned up. This was the first time (in my very long life) that I have had to contact my homeowners insurance for help, and Service Masters really came through for me.
