We had a slow water leak into our utility room from above due to condensation from a broken exhaust pipe, which led to damage to some of the ceiling drywall. We called ServiceMaster by Rice and the next day they came out and identified the cause of the problem and outlined the mitigation services they could provide and thoroughly explained the process and what to expect. It was easy to schedule the work appointment. Communication was excellent. The crew members were all very professional and answered any questions that we had. This was our first experience with ServiceMaster by Rice, and it was a very positive one.
