Careful, thorough, pleasant employees did the actual work. Estimator worked with us to give us the most service for the least expense. Management took extra time answering numerous emails and phone calls to explain possible causes of the problem and longer term remedies--as well as exactly what the crew would be doing. Overall, I felt well-treated and valued as a customer--even though this was not a "major" job for Servicemaster by Mimsco.
The speediness and the excellent customer service. I was very impressed on how quickly Service Master resolved our issues and put things back together in a very timely matter.

Under the horrific cirumstances of a flood in the bathroom and my husband's office (we had returned from his memorial service and a family member used the bathroom and 2 hrs. later we found the flood - doors had been closed). We tried to shop-vac (borrowed 2 from neighbors) as much as we could. A friend from St. Petersburg who was with us recommended ServiceMaster as she had a contact in St. Pete. We called immediately and Robert was at our door at 7:30 a.m. and proceeded to do a fantastic, incredible, spectacular job for us. We had been able to remove as much furniture as we could for him and were very impressed by his professionalism, compassion, honesty, work-ethic and the amazing job he did. We consider him one of the family now and have told neighbors & friends we highly recommend him for their future needs. We will be putting him on our HOA list of recommended vendors. My daughter, Lauri (here from NJ), and I have no problem endorsing Robert & ServiceMaster but would prefer no last names be used to promote SM.
