The work did take a while to get done, but once it was complete I couldn't have been happier. I appreciate the work that the entire crew did. Your staff were here right away and did an amazing job on all our water damage. I couldn't believe how hard they worked and they were so quick. Everyone explained what they were doing and all of the employees were very professional and thoughtful. We were scammed before during hail damage on our roof. So we were leary and our insurance agent recommended your company highly and everyone exceeded our exceptions.
The staff was very polite and worked very hard getting my things out of the basement. The last time my basement flooded, I used another restoration company because ServiceMaster was unable to come for 3 days and I was afraid that was too long. The other company did not even come close to ServiceMaster in terms of knowledge and ability to dry out my basement. ServiceMaster was also constantly checking moisture levels in my basement to determine how much moisture was still in the air.
The professionalism and care that was taken with our needs! Derek, Mike and Jason were so kind and sincere with our home and belongs. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else here!

Helen, my State Farm field adjuster recommended your company over all other companies and I can see why. Also, Walt from Thomas Cambrian Cleaners ozoned my clothes etc. and I am able to access my clothing whenever I want.
