The workers were very caring and sympathetic to our plight. They were also very thorough and methodical. They explained everything that they would be doing and why.
ServiceMaster Ken Henry went above and beyond when we needed to dry out the whole condo from a water line break. He was there every day, even Saturday and Sunday, to check progress, and was very good about keeping us informed. He also held several rugs in storage until we could make arrangements to put them back down. Both the quality of work and service offered were excellent.
I appreciated the very quick response when I had a toilet flood part of my home. I also appreciated being told every step of the way what was happening.

Very Prompt and service was well done
ServiceMaster performed the restoration in my apartment after a fire. Erik Meyers and his crew were PHENOMENAL! Their work was thorough, professional and most important to me, it was completed in the time span that was quoted. Equally as important to me is that Erik and his crew were compassionate of that fact that I was displaced from my home. I couldn't help but notice Erik went "above and beyond" the scope of items that the landlord's insurance covered.
