Everyone came, did their work, and left. All is good. The only thing is, when I asked for the next technician to come at a certain time the following day, the message was not passed on to the next day's technician. Other than that, they were friendly, professional, and efficient.

I'd give the Crews a "20" if I could! Jessica, Jody, Charlie, Andre, and (?, who came with Charlie one day) were so conscientious and caring about Mrs. Last name removed's situation. They did their jobs as though they were taking care of their own Mother's home. They accommodated my schedule to have time to arrive, and explained every step they would be taking that day. The last person was Tim, who did the assessment for repairs, and he was also extremely conscientious. They are definitely Outstanding!
