All was presented in a business like manner with no procrastination but only that all would be done well and to all specifications of the law. Cleaning tech Jimmy, was a perfectionist in all that he did and very confident and helpful which instilled my confidence that all was right and secure in the selection of ServiceMaster to remediate my mold problem. Upon contacting ServiceMaster the wheels started turning immediately to solve my problem. I would highly recommend ServiceMaster All Phase Restore of Yuma. Because of Yuma Restore I will always turn to ServiceMaster in whatever town I may have a restore problem.
They were fast in removing the damaged areas, setting up the fans. They were also timely in checking the status on the follow-up visits.

I really liked the service that Service Master provided me with the drying of the wood and other places in my living room in September. The techs Leslie and Keesha were on time and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves, and were mindful of the things that needed to be done to do the work such as helping me move my fish tank. Ken Ireland the supervisor was also very good at making sure things got done in a timely manner. Also making sure I understood what was going on as far as how much longer the equipment had to be in the room. He was also very good at keeping my insurance adjuster up to date on what was going on. I would highly recommend the techs and this company to do work and I would also consider using them again if the need arises.
