I have had great experiences at Floyd’s even in different locations. I wish the prices didn’t have to go up as much as they have but I understand it’s a service and with inflation it doesn’t help anyone in this economy. I appreciate being able to book online and there are so many different times and says available!

The staff is friendly and inviting. I am always very pleased and satisfied with my visit to get my haircut. I only schedule my appointments with Heidi. She is an excellent cutter. She is a professional. She has always shown a great attitude in having a dialogue with the clients to meet their expectations of a nice haircut.

Kevin always provides excellent and professional service. He listens to what I want done and makes sure it's done correctly. If I have a change or I want to make sometime look different, he's super happy to do so. I've had him cut my hair for a while now and he ALWAYS provides amazing results. If he's ever in question for a raise, I would make sure that he is the FIRST candidate. Unless he moves out retires, I will make sure that he will always cut my hair.
