Dr. Herzog is an excellent physician. From the moment I met him he was friendly, patient, and very easy to talk to. He explains things clearly and makes sure you understand what is going on, which really helps take away any stress. He is extremely professional but also very approachable, which is something you do not always find in doctors today. Explained everything very well
I really like that they work together as a team. Starting with Mary as you come in to get checked in or when you need an appointment or paperwork for a test. The communication is great between the team. Gail brings you back, asks you if you have any questions and answers them to the best of ability. Her strong suit for me is helping me fix my prescriptions through my mail in Service. Seems the insurance company always messes that up and she always straightens it out. And finally, Dr Herzog. By answering every question that I have and never making me feel rushed. Sitting in the room like we’re old friends just chatting. The overall team is top notch and I hold all my doctors to their standards.
