I was sent a pre registered e mail, but no was to open it to fill out my information. In the office I was given an I pan to fill my information. When filling out my meds. I was only able to enter 2 meds, then the screen left. I had 7 more to fill in.

I arrived 45 minutes early was greeted at the desk and promptly taken care of and gave specimen soon after I was led to the back room for exam. However, at this time I had to wait 50 minutes to see the doctor once doctor arrived he explained the test evaluations Conditions, and outlook when leaving front desk personnel gave me my next appointment. Follow up one year will be on time not early thank all for their help. It was appreciated.
