Mary at the reception desk is phenomenal. I arrived for my appointment just as a gentleman at the desk was expressing his displeasure repeatedly and was being very rude to the lady trying to check people in and check people out.
She handled it like a true professional. I hate when clients take out their frustration on the people behind the desk- so rude.
The check- in process was quick and the front desk and with the nurse.
I had had a pre-appt KUB for kidney stone follow-up , but the Dr said X-rays rarely show kidney stones so..?????? Why was a KUB ordered?
So check back in a year and have a kidney ultrasound before next appt - hope that will show where/how big the kidney stones are.
