Bethany is a very talented hairdresser. Love going there mainly for her. She keeps the conversation going and friendly and does an amazing job with my hair and beard every time. Amazing service all around.

Angie L was very professional and friendly! I had never visited this location until Friday. Angie L cut my hair great and made sure I was happy with it before she was finished! She also let me know for any reason I was not happy with the cut that I should return to have it fixed. I had been visiting the Arbor Walk location for over a year but was never told of this at all. I will definitely recommend Angie L to other people looking for a great cut! I will be returning to have Angie L cut my hair in 3 or 5 weeks from now.. Angie was great! Location was also very welcoming!

Britney is very friendly and remembers how I like my haircut but always ask if I’d like something different. She keeps good conversation and makes good product suggestions for me. Enjoy the complementary hot towel and back massage with every haircut.

I generally like Floyd’s and was happy to see there was a location in Round Rock.
The stylist, however, seemed in a rush to get me out, was constantly listening to music on their earbuds and singing along, so when I would ask questions or make comments, they couldn’t hear me. It was really rude.
I’d also asked to get the shampoo service, but they skipped that. I didn’t want to stay any longer once the cut was completed because I felt they didn’t want me there in the first place.
