I was recommended by my orthopedic doctor to be adjusted with cushioning that would help
properly align my flat feet in a structured sneaker. It was my first time at your store and I could see the clientele were mostly returning customers who had been satisfied by their previous visits.
I want to let you know that Valentina was my salesgirl. She was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable about all foot deviations and took time explaining to me my problem via the foot scanner results. She was patient and a credit to your store as she made me feel comfortable and chose the proper fit that would be right for me. I think she was exemplary and a model of excellence to your establishment. If I were her boss, I certainly would give her a raise to keep her employed as a valuable asset.
