Excellent customer service!!!! Mily went above and beyond to get me in the right oofos sandals and New balance shoes. All the staff is well infformed and very helpful. i always feel very welcomed when i enter Fleet Feet Stuart store. i will not buy my running shoes any other place!

The shoes have a great width and good soles providing softness and firmness! Also purchased a pair of beach sandals and they're working out okay. Had hoped for a pair of shoes that allow me to spend a good amount of time on my feet during a day and am terribly disappointed.
My feet differ from a 6.3 to a 7.0 and for my right foot (size 7) the size 6 the arch is too far back while the 7 the arch is too much in front. Same with the specially purchased insoles. At the moment I am using no insoles at all which makes it better but not good.

Great customer service. I didn’t feel rushed and the associate helping me was knowledgeable and patient.
I called ahead to ask who I should get to fit me as I didn't want to take "the next up." The lady who I talked to was kind and understood....she said to ask for her when I came in, and she introduced us to Deborah - a respected 12 year professional. The rest speaks for itself....we bought 3 pairs of shoes and fell like we have anew home for athletic footwear.

I enjoyed the foot scan, being given three options of shoes to try, and the knowledgeable and friendly staff.
I did my homework before coming in, and i was impressed with how the staff brought me through each step of the process before i decided on a shoe. I felt no pressure to buy at all and i felt she genuinely wanted to help me get the right shoes for my needs.
