Very laid back and yet very professional.
There’s always friendly people who provide excellent service, and the products are always wonderful. Ever since discovering this place, it’s been a favorite of both my wife and I. We’ve never had a bad experience, especially since my wife can sometimes be a little nervous and picky about getting her hair cut.

It is always an amplified experience
I like the online scheduling but the the ala cart options are confusing. Stylist need to be identified as barbers or cosmotologist and the system needs to adjust for the service options that can be performed by that stylist. Example, I booked a shave but wasn't able to get it at that time. It's a cool, diverse and clean environment. The stylist was coincidentally from my home town and did an amazing job with my hair. Although the pricing is similar to other shops nearby it will prohibit me from coming more frequently but I will be back for sure because I really do love the cut. The staff were friendly and inviting from the entrance to the exit. Consider a full package price or a monthly or annual shave option.

Floyd’s is great! Very friendly staff. I followed Courtney there when they brought her on. She been cutting my hair going on 12yrs and I’ve never had a bad haircut! She is very attentive to what she is going and I couldn’t be happier seeing her in a proper barber shop!

Everyone is so nice! They are excited when they see their clients. My kids are welcome, they leave with lollipops and cool stickers. Damon cut my son’s hair and is so technical but quick. Ashley the owner makes it a point to hire talented and diverse experts and have a fire playlist.
