The stylist was amazing! I arrived ten minutes prior to my 1:00 appointment. At 1:15, I was told that the stylist I had booked online—and confirmed with the receptionist over the phone—was no longer comfortable cutting long hair. It struck me as an odd reason, but we agreed to see another stylist. After waiting another 15 minutes, we were finally taken back.
The stylist who ended up working with my granddaughter did a fantastic job—we were very pleased and will definitely book with her again in the future.
My barber Rafael at the Maitland, FL location was fantastic. He was a great listener and gave me the exact cut I was looking for.

This was the first time we had ever been there. I brought my 93 year-old mother to get her haircut and I feel like she can be very picky so I was a little concerned, but Bree did her hair and she loved Bree and she loved her haircut. We will be back!
