Alisha was fantastic. She was very helpful and patient with me as I haven't been in a barber shop in a while. Wasn't sure of how or what I wanted exactly but we worked through it together.

The lady at the front desk and one other interaction with another barber was quite pleasant. Would recommend, gem in the rough.

I’ve always enjoyed coming to this place, and the atmosphere has been great. However, on our last visit, my son got a haircut that unfortunately didn’t turn out as we had hoped. He was a little upset about it, and the next day, he mentioned that some kids at school were bullying him about it. It’s a bit disappointing, as we’ve always had positive experiences here. That said, I know that not every cut is perfect, and I appreciate the staff’s effort. I’m confident we’ll be back for another try next time, hoping for a better result. Thanks for your hard work!

Alisha was super attentive and very detailed about about what was doing. This was my first time getting my head shaved with a straight razor and could not have felt more comfortable. This was also my 1st time visiting a Floyd's, it was incredible experience, I look forward to my next visit after the holidays. I can not speak highly enough about my visit and appreciate how happy I am afterwards. Alisha is a powerhouse and is very talented. 10 out of 10 will highly recommend.
