Just appropriate enough.
Overall a great space with lots of varying equipment! A relaxed atmosphere split across three floors to spread out and not feel overly crowded. Offers great classes and has a smoothy bar and towel service. Could benefit from having shelves in the showers and mirrors in the locker rooms though.
The staff are all great people & super friendly. The rate for the gym is fair. They constantly add new equipment & repair anything that needs it.

I love the desk staff! They are always so pleasant and helpful. I've been a member since opening, and the service has been consistently stellar!
I'd like to request signage in the treadmill room asking members to keep phone calls brief. A quick call here and there is totally understandable, but I've noticed some members having extended conversations (30-60+ minutes) while on the treadmills, and it can be pretty distracting for others nearby, even with noise-cancelling headphones.
A simple sign like "As a courtesy to others, please keep phone calls brief" would go a long way without feeling like a heavy-handed rule. Thanks for considering it!
