It is nice to be able to talk to someone when you call the office. It is also great to get
a response in a timely manner. Employees are very helpful and accommodating, and
pricing is very competitive.
Very courteous and responsive service. Figured out why I wasn’t reliably getting emails noting delivery and billing, and that got fixed. Disappointed, though, to note prompt payment discount had shrunk without any customer notice - price OK though.

Pleasant to deal with
Prompt oil deliveries at a fair price as needed. I don't feel I need to worry about running out of propane while we're on vacation with Champagne as my vendor.
I also am happy I can put my account on auto-pay and don't need to worry about paying my bill.
So if you want a "No Worries" energy provider Champagne's fills the bill.

The service delivery came the day after I called. The person I spoke to was very helpful. The delivery driver was excellent, explained how I could tell when the tank needed a refill. The tank has no gauge which is too bad, but the delivery guy said he would make sure I received regular deliveries.
