Native Pest: Pro's: Since I started with you approx. 2 years ago, had very few ants inside (only 1 recent slow moving palmetto bug). Technicians come on time and nice professional (I have quarterly service). Con's: You charge my credit card the first day of the month, but technician usually comes towards end of the month (were here 12-21). You should not run my credit card until the day of service. And your premium is a little high. Even though the technicians seem to still be based in my county, you billing office / telephone# now in Tallahassee.... Thank You, First name removed in Palm Beach County
