First, that the products are not dangerous to humans and pets in the household, and are deemed safer than most other pest control companies. Second but equally important, that our needs were understood and the technician took his time in evaluation of our home and property, patiently listened to our concerns and addressed them thoroughly by the time he left and had completed the job, and finally, that the whole process from first contacting your company to initiate service, through obtaining the service was so fast and efficient, and the products are definitely working to eliminate the pests in our home!

It took a while, but the ants were finally gotten rid of and have not come back.
