I like the accountability of your staff. If they dont /cant show up per my PRE-scheduled appointment, they will notify me in advance. We all have busy schedules. I pre-plan all of my appointments and services because I want to be PRESENT when they arrive.

The service technician called in advance of appearing at the office. Calling in advance is important as our office may be temporarily closed and a call ensure the appointment will be made.
