I had prepaid for oil on a Friday evening. I called around Monday morning and requested delivery. I was on the list for the day. We ended up having a catastrophic storm and everything was pretty much closed for a couple days and I still got a delivery Tues. I was very impressed.

I did not receive a receipt for my recent oil delivery. Would it be possible to get one sent to me? I don't know the total of my bill nor how many gallons were delivered.
Also, I do not care for your new website. It is not very user friendly. I recently received a promotional email, and when I clicked on it, i got a pop up that malicious malware was attached. I think that email caused various attempts to hack my email.

Easy to order However when using the app for a fill up it automatically charges for an empty tank and not what was delivered. Credit cards should not be charged until after delivery. I now have over $800 charged to my card and the delivery was for just over $500. So now I have to waste my time to call and get it changed again. Please fix this.
