Delivery was timely and person delivering was courteous, helpful and answered questions I had regarding my bill.
Never really had any issues when it was Cash Energy. There have been some changes that make it more difficult for me to gage when I need to order oil. When I ordered in the past depending on what time I placed my order I knew it was coming on the third day, now it says 3-5 business days which makes it harder to gage especially if we have snow storms. A lot if the time they could not deliver 100 gallons as I may have ordered sooner than I normally would have, back in the day if that happened I would have a credit now I have to pay.!I wish there was a definite delivery date just to make it easier to gage
