Give better dates for deliveries. 3-5 business days became longer, even with the holiday in place. Ordered 11/21, delivered 12/4, almost 2 weeks. It wasn't a problem for me personally as I was just topping off the tank, for some people it could have been a real problem. I had ordered a "FILL" and indicated it would probably be about 150 gallons, when it was delivered it took 175 gallons.
