Thank you very much for your consistent timely service.
I received an email and then checked my bill. I currently owe $70 from my last delivery. Can you please explain this discrepancy? I ordered online with my credit card, and I think that my tank was unable to take the full 100 gallons (I didn't realize that it wouldn't at the time of ordering.).
Wouldn't that leave me with money in my account, not that I owe more?
