#1 - When I call in with questions/concerns, the customer service personnel are local, they speak English, and are very helpful.
#2 - I usually get good pricing and very much appreciate the occasional sales promotions you offer (Ex: the latest was $25 off a purchase in October 2024)
#3 - The delivery drivers are very good, and they are willing to accommodate our request to pull the hose down the driveway. (Our driveway was damaged once in the past by a different company's driver who weans;t willing to do this.)
#4 - You just seem like honest, hardworking people.
